You left a voicemail today seeking a reference on Foegley Landscape. Foegley has been doing commercial landscape projects for Panzica for about 25 years, and we consider them to be the best landscaper in the area, hands down. Our award of work to Foegley is sometimes as a result of competitive bids, but often simply negotiated as a design/build because we so value the skill and knowledge of Brian Lakin and the consistently high level of their service, performance and value. Our regard for Foegley is such that I even had them landscape my own home when it was built a decade ago, about which I still receive compliments today.

Foegley Landscape is dependable, does quality work, and is very good about warranty follow-up when necessary. Although they're not the only landscape contractor that we use, our most beautiful landscaping projects have generally come from them. We also rely on Foegley to perform outside property maintenance at our own office building and for several commercial properties we own and manage, including the Rodibaugh Federal Courthouse in downtown South Bend. We've tried other firms for maintenance, some even charging less, but after being let down by those others we always seem to go back to Foegley because in the long run their pricing is quite fair and their service is very much worth it. In my opinion Dowagiac District Library can do no better than hiring Foegley Landscaping and Panzica Building Corp. gives them our highest recommendation.
